Delivery

Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery as some items are made to order. However, we endeavour to have your order with you within 2-4 days and always as soon as possible.

All orders are sent via DPD and you will receive a tracking number via email once your order is confirmed.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - please ensure you leave full address, email and contact number when placing your order or your parcel can not be sent. Customs duties payment may be required and will be payable locally, you will be contacted by DPD to collect payment. Prices vary depending on the country.

Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your items you’ve received from The Branding Iron. However, if you wish to return your item due to the item being too big, too small or it isn’t what you hoped for then you can return it to us within 28 days of delivery. For returns to be accepted and refunded the item must be returned in the condition it was sent out to you, these will be checked by our team as soon as they arrive back.

To return a product to us you must enclose a note with your order number, name, reason for return and please detail if you would like a refund or exchange. No refund/exchange can be completed without this information.

Any returns will not be paid for by The Branding Iron/Cotton Eye Sew and therefore, we recommend that you use a trackable service and obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for products until we have received them.
